In case you have a specific request (for example a room for using a breast pump, a prayer room or a quiet room), you can ask for the possibilities and directions at the registration desk.

REGISTRATION 

The registration and information desk will be in the Nikos Skalkotas Hall Foyer .  The registration desk will be open at the following times:

  • Friday 20 October: 08:30 – 19:30 hrs
  • Saturday 21 October: 08:00 – 19:30 hrs
  • Sunday 22 October: 08:00 – 19:00 hrs
  • Monday 24 October: 08:30 – 12:15 hrs

All mentioned times are local times.

Upon registration you will receive a name badge, lanyard, programme overview and vouchers for the social activities you’re pre-registered for. A congress bag can be taken at another table after receiving your name badge.
Please note that all delegates are required to have their name badge scanned once every day, in order to record their presence for EACCME® accreditation.

Please make sure you have your Registration ID ready, as collecting congress materials is done by ID. 
Your registration ID is included in the practical information email as sent by the congress secretariat. In case you didn’t receive this email (and it is not in your spam folder), please contact the congress secretariat as soon as possible via timm@congresscare.com.

Social Activities (pre-registration required)

TIMM-11 offers delegates several possibilities to meet in a social way. Please find below more information about these social activities.
Not registered but interested in joining? Please contact the congress secretariat via timm@congresscare.com or onsite at the registration desk. 

  • Welcome reception: Friday, 20 October 2023, starting at 19:30 hrs
    The welcome reception will take place in the congress venue and can be attended free of charge by all congress participants.
  • YECMM Party: Saturday, 21 October, starting at 20:30 hrs
    The YECMM Party will take place in Balthazar restaurant to eat and party together. More information (tickets, address information etc.) can be found here.
  • Congress diner: Sunday, 22 October, starting at 20:15 hrs
    The Congress dinner will take place in the Acropolis Museum. Please visit this webpage for more information on ticketing and practical information. Coaches are organized from Megaron to Acropolis Museum and back to the Hotels and Megaron. For more information, click here.

EACCME® Accreditation / Certificate of Attendance

The 11th Trends in Medical Mycology 2023 has been granted 13,5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). This accreditation will be endorsed by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) ensuring that the CME credits awarded to the delegates are recognized by the national medical authorities who have agreed to co-operate in this European system. EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA).

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. Please find below the (max.) breakdown of ECMEC®s per day:

  • Friday 20 October 2023 – 1.50
  • Saturday 21 October 2023 – 5.00
  • Sunday 22 October 2023 – 5.00
  • Monday 23 October 2023 – 2.00

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance by email, after the congress. All delegates are required to have their name badge scanned 1x every day, in order to record their presence.

By joining TIMM-11 onsite, you accept that photos can be made by a professional photographer.
