The exhibition will be open during the following times:

- Saturday 12 October: 09:30 – 18:00 hrs.
- Sunday 13 October: 09:30 – 18:00 hrs.
Dismantel: Sunday 13 October 19:30 – 23:00 hrs.

Technical order form / price list
All exhibitors who are building a customized booth (wooden partition, specific floor etc.) need to send a sketch of their booth layout before Tuesday September 10, 2019 to the technical department for approval.
All exhibitors also have to fill in the safety forms and complementary sheets (see “documents part” of the Sponsor – Exhibitor – Symposium guide) and send them back before Tuesday September 10, 2019 to the technical department and the security department
